This event offers an open space to connect with others, enjoy the beauty of nature, and learn something new. Whether you're looking to unwind, share experiences, or simply be surrounded by fresh air, this is a wonderful opportunity to engage with your community in a peaceful, supportive environment. We look forward to seeing you there!  

The session runs weekly by Family Action but NHS Talking Therapies staff will only be there on the first Monday of the month.

Please remember our socials are not a therapy session, but an opportunity to make social connections with like-minded people.   

No booking necessary, just turn up!
