Getting involved
We want to work with people who have accessed our service, service users, carers, and the wider community to help us make our services better.
We're inviting you to share your thoughts, ideas and experiences by getting involved in our People Participation opportunities. Your voice matters, and your lived experience with mental health can help shape how our service is planned, designed and delivered.
What is People Participation ?
It's about bringing together people who have used our service to share their ideas, thoughts and experiences so we can make better decisions and improve the support we offer.
How can you get involved ?
At Norfolk and Waveney Talking Therapies, we have a dedicated People Participation Lead who will offer a range of different ways for you to take part, like joining forums, focus groups, projects, or simply having a one-to-one chat.
You can choose how you take part:
Whether that be by email, online, telephone, in-person, in a one-to-one or group setting. You decide how little or as much as you would like to get involved.
Who can get involved ?
If you're 16 or over and live in Norfolk and Waveney, we would love to hear from you.
To get involved or learn more, email: peopleparticipation@norfolkandwaveneymind.org.uk or speak to any member of the Norfolk and Waveney Talking Therapies team.
