Your stories

Mental health issues are very common - it's important to remember that you're not alone and that recovery is possible. In Your Stories you can read about the experiences of other people who have been supported by Norfolk and Waveney Talking Therapies, and how we have helped them to manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.

If you would like to share your story, please discuss this with a member of the Norfolk and Waveney Talking Therapies team and they can advise you how best to do this.
