The following roles are employed by NSFT:

 

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapists  If you are a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist looking for a job in Norfolk, we would love to hear from you, please get in touch with us at:  admin@wellbeingnandw.co.uk  We often recruit  Trainee Cognitive Behavioural Therapy  posts. The minimum requirements are a recognised Core Profession or a post-graduate PWP qualification, both with a minimum of 2 years experience from the exam board date.
  • CBT Supervisors  Experienced CBT therapists who provide clinical and case management supervision, whilst maintaining their practice as therapists and getting involved in clinical/quality improvements. 
  • Team Leaders  manage teams of 10-20 clinicians. The minimum qualification for these roles is usually a core profession including IAPT professions such as PWP, Counsellor, CBT.
  • Administrators  provide support to the integrated delivery team.

 

The following roles are employed by Norfolk & Waveney Mind:

 

  • Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners  provide high-volume, low-intensity psychological self-management interventions. If you are a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner looking for a job in Norfolk, we would love to hear from you, please get in touch with us at: admin@wellbeingnandw.co.uk
  • Counsellors  provide a range of brief psychological interventions, including Person-centred Counselling, Counselling for Depression, and Inter-Personal Therapy. We are actively looking to recruit Counsellors who are either accredited or have a minimum of 250 hours of supervised hours, with experience of working with working age and older adults. In return, we offer regular clinical supervision, CPD provision, and the opportunity to gain an IAPT approved qualification in either Counselling for Depression or Interpersonal Psychotherapy Training.
  • Community Development Coordinators  implement the Wellbeing Socials, undertake networking activities, and train Wellbeing, volunteers.
  • Peer Support Workers  provide support and insight for people accessing the Norfolk and Waveney Talking Therapies by drawing on personal experience of recovery and resilience.
  • Employment Advisors  supports people in developing opportunities for employment and training, voluntary work, and job opportunities.
  • Administrators  provide support to the integrated delivery team.
