We regularly recruit to the following positions which are advertised on our website:

The following roles are employed by NSFT:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapists  We often recruit  Trainee Cognitive Behavioural Therapy posts. The minimum requirements are a recognised Core Profession or a post-graduate PWP qualification, both with a minimum of 2 years experience from the exam board date.
  • CBT Supervisors  Experienced CBT therapists who provide clinical and case management supervision, whilst maintaining their practice as therapists and getting involved in clinical/quality improvements. 
  • Team Leaders  manage teams of 10-20 clinicians. The minimum qualification for these roles is usually a core profession including IAPT professions such as PWP, Counsellor, CBT.
  • Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners  provide high-volume, low-intensity psychological self-management interventions. 
  • Administrators  provide support to the integrated delivery team.

The following roles are employed by Norfolk & Waveney Mind:

  • Counsellors  provide a range of brief psychological interventions, including Person-centred Counselling, Counselling for Depression, and Inter-Personal Therapy. 
  • Employment Advisors  supports people in developing opportunities for employment and training, voluntary work, and job opportunities.
  • Administrators  provide support to the integrated delivery team.
  • Access and Inclusion Team our Access and Inclusion Specialists are based within North, West, South, East and the City, working directly with communities, organisations and stakeholders to understand  the barriers people face when seeking mental health support.
