Summary

We've teamed up with the Louise Hamilton Centre at the JPUH to bring you a new social group for those with a long-term health condition or a life limiting illness. 

This social is set up to support those with mental health challenges alongside their physical health condition to connect with others over a cuppa and a chat. Feel free to bring a friend. 

The venue is fully accessible and there is pay to park facilities on site.

Our socials are not a therapy session, but a chance to connect with like-minded people in an informal and relaxed setting. Anyone aged 16+ is welcome with no need for referral or booking, just turn up! All of our socials are free to attend.
