Step Into the New Year With Us!
The days arounds around the end of December can feel a little hazy, so let's shake it off with a refreshing walk! Whether you're a first-time stroller or a seasoned rambler, this gentle-paced outing is the perfect way to reset and recharge.
We'll meet at the Feed Café in Waterloo Park, then wander through the beautiful grounds before heading back for coffee, conversation, and community. Join us from 11:30am both the walk and café are fully accessible.

Our socials are not a therapy session, but a chance to connect with like-minded people in an informal and relaxed setting. Anyone aged 16+ is welcome with no need for referral or booking, just turn up. All of our socials are free to attend.
