Start your journey with us

Wellbeing is important to us all. We want to feel good about ourselves, to get the most out of our lives and feel connected to other people. 'Wellbeing' means feeling more than just happy and confident, it means feeling able to cope when things get tough in our lives or when our physical health suffers.

Norfolk and Waveney Talking Therapies provide a range of support for people with common mental health and emotional issues, such as low mood, depression, or stress. We work with you to help you make the necessary changes to improve your wellbeing and quality of life.

As part of our service we also offer Digital  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Digital CBT)

CBT teaches us the skills to better manage our mood and anxiety, and Digital CBT simply means we can do this online, using a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. Our Digital CBT is provided by SilverCloud*, and if you decide on a course of Digital CBT, you will still receive the support of one of our trained Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, but you will be able to access the online modules at any time, at your own pace, and as often as you like.

You can access the Self-Management Toolkit right away before you've even had your initial Advice Session. Accessing the Self-Management Toolkit does not mean that you have to go on to further Digital CBT, you can discuss your needs at your Advice Session.
