What happens next?

When we have received your details, we will contact you within 3 working days to agree on your next steps.

We will call you sometime between 9 am and 6 pm, Mondays to Fridays, excluding Bank Holidays. Please note that if we call you, it will show as a private or unlisted number.

Our advisor will agree on a telephone appointment with you to speak to a Talking Therapies clinician. This is a 45-minute telephone call where we will discuss any problems you would like to address and the options available to help you. We will look at ways our service can work together with you, using our range of talking therapies, courses, workshops, and online packages. Sometimes, we might signpost to other organisations that can address more specific needs.
