Living Well with Pain

We know living with chronic pain is physically and psychologically stressful. Being in constant pain or discomfort can lead to anger and frustration with yourself and those around you. Even with medical interventions, people can feel like they cannot control their pain. This can lead to feelings of anxiety and depression over time.

Self-help techniques can help you manage the mental and emotion aspects of chronic pain. Adjusting your routine, pacing, and positive focussing skills can help reduce the impact of chronic pain on your wellbeing.
