Online Workshops

Our online workshops and courses are here to support you through the challenges of day-to-day life, whenever you may need it.  They're all free to join or view on demand and are presented by our own expert clinicians, covering a vast range of topics.

How can they help me?

Our workshops can help you recognise and develop strategies to cope with the stresses and strains we all experience in life that can impact on our mental health and can help you break out of negative patterns to make positive steps forward.

The strategies you learn will be useful well beyond the duration of the workshop to prevent and manage bouts of stress, anxiety and depression.

How can I join a workshop?

Our on demand workshops can be watched via YouTube at anytime without the need to register.

For all other workshops, simply find the workshop you'd like to join from the list below, click 'Request a place on this course' on your chosen date and complete the short form. We'll then email you with the workshop joining details.

Here's Alex's experience of attending a workshop

This is Gary's experience of one of our courses.

  • Some of the suggestions about preparing your brain for sleep were very good. Techniques that I had never thought of before.

  • This workshop really helped me to understand sleep and breaks in sleep due to anxiety which I didn't know before and it highlighted the importance of routine. I found it informative and well presented.

  • This workshop enabled me to understand some of my actions in relation to my anxiety and know that I am not alone in the feelings I have. There is help available if you can find the courage to ask for it and not be afraid to do so. The hosts were very encouraging and knowledgeable with actions/options for going forward.
