Summary

This two-hour online workshop is run as an informal discussion and provides lots of opportunities for attendees to ask questions (using the confidential webinar typed questions box) if they want to.

The workshop gives lots of ideas and tips for how to create and sustain healthy relationships and talks about all sorts of relationships and is suitable for people of all ages, backgrounds and sexual orientations interested in how they can strengthen their relationships.

The workshop is in three parts:

-Creating relationships / Developing Family Systems
-Common problems and coping with difficult situations
-Tips for effective communication

And gives suggestions for further information and contacts for additional support.

You will need to book in at least 48 hours before a workshop is due to start.

 

This is a live online presentation, where you log in on your computer, phone or tablet. A clinician will present the workshop via webcam.  You will not be seen by other attendees and you can ask questions to the facilitator in real time via a chat function that is private and not visible to the rest of the group.

This workshop can be accessed by itself or in conjunction with other treatment within the Wellbeing service.

The workshop content focuses on resources and information to help the general public maintain good emotional and psychological wellbeing and is not designed to offer specialist mental health support for those with more severe and enduring mental health problems.
