Summary
This workshop offer guidance and information for anyone experiencing peri or post menopause, as well as those supporting someone through it.
We will explore common signs, symptoms and their impact and introduce practical techniques to help manage them. Above all, the session creates space for open conversation and helps shine a light on this important stage of women's health and wellbeing.
This session is suitable for all who want to know more about the menopause whether you are going through it yourself or supporting someone who is.

You will need to book in at least 48 hours before a workshop is due to start.
This is a live online presentation, where you log in on your computer, phone or tablet. A clinician will present the workshop via webcam. You will not be seen by other attendees and you can ask questions to the facilitator in real time via a chat function that is private and not visible to the rest of the group.
This workshop can be accessed by itself or in conjunction with other treatment within the Wellbeing service.
The workshop content focuses on resources and information to help the general public maintain good emotional and psychological wellbeing and is not designed to offer specialist mental health support for those with more severe and enduring mental health problems.
