Sleep problems
Sleep problems are very common and affect people in different ways. Some people have problems getting off to sleep, some find it hard to stay asleep - either waking frequently during the night or waking up early and having problems getting back to sleep.
For some people, sleep problems are a symptom of other stresses, worries, depressed mood, excessive use of alcohol or a side effect of medication.
