Summary

Boost your well-being and health with the power of a walk and join us alongside Lowestoft Primary Care Network/Ramblers. These walks are well attended making them a great place to meet new people and socialise.  

Meeting on the first Thursday of the month at 2pm, we take a gentle stroll around the park before heading to the park café for a cuppa and chat!    

This walk is wheelchair accessible and toilets available at the Park Café. 

Parking is available at Nicholas Everitt Park with bus stops nearby and a 0.5mile walk from both Oulton Broad South and Oulton Broad North train stations.  

Our socials are not a therapy session, but a chance to meet like-minded people in an informal and relaxed setting. Open to anyone aged 16 and over with no need for referral or booking, just turn up! All of our socials are free to attend.
