Wellbeing Walks – Diss

Summary
Frenze Beck is a 15-acre county wildlife site on the outskirts of Diss. It hosts a range of wetland, meadow, pasture and scrub habitats so please wear footwear appropriate for the weather. The grounds are relatively even however there are some inclines, and the wetland may make parts of the site inaccessible for wheelchairs users.
After a wander round the Nature Reserve, you can join us for a chat and a drink at Angela's Coffee Lounge in John Doe of Diss, a minute further up Sawmills Road. We will be there from roughly 11.30am so please feel free to join us here if you're unable to attend the walk. The cafe is upstairs accessed by lift or stairs.
Parking is available at Frenze Beck Nature Reserve, with further parking kindly made available to us at John Doe. Toilet facilities are also available here as there aren't any available on site at the Nature Reserve.
Our socials are not a therapy session, but a chance to connect with like-minded people in an informal and relaxed setting. Anyone aged 16+ is welcome with no need for referral or booking, just turn up! All socials are free to attend.
