Join us for a gentle stroll along the river, see where the Little Ouse meets the River Thet under the green bridge and wander around the historic town. After our walk we will pop for a chat and a drink and you're welcome to meet us here even if you haven't attended the walk. We will be at the Rest Hub cafe, Riverside Walk from approx. 11.30am.

This walk can be adapted to the accessibility needs of the group and the cafe is also accessible.

Toilets are available at the cafe and around town.

There are several free car parks around town, the closest to our meeting point being Bury Road Car Park, Bury Road, IP24 3BN or Tanner Street (South & North) Car Park, Tanner Street, IP24 2BQ. Buses and trains all serve Thetford town centre and are a short walk from our meeting point.  

Our socials are not a therapy session, but a chance to connect with like-minded people in an informal and relaxed setting. Anyone aged 16+ is welcome with no need for referral or booking, just turn up! All of our socials are free to attend.
