Wellbeing Walks – Wymondham

Event types

  • Social Event

Summary

Join us for a walk and chat along the River Tiffey and the historic Wymondham Abbey, with hopes of spotting the resident kingfisher.

We will stop for refreshments at the Railway Station café and then head back to the car park via Tolls Meadow and the town centre. We are usually at the café from roughly 11.15am - 12pm so please feel free to join us there.

The walk is accessible for all with brief use of an unpathed road for a short distance. The cafe is accessible via the train station platform. Toilets are available at the café and in town.

The Tiffey/Becketswell car park is free, with on street parking available when full. Buses serving Wymondham stop 10 mins walk from our meeting point.

Our socials are not a therapy session, but a chance to meet like-minded people in an informal and relaxed setting. Open to anyone aged 16 and over with no need for referral or booking, just turn up! All of our socials are free to attend.
