Anxiety Toolkit
Everyone knows how it feels to be anxious.
Whether it's from your upcoming job interview, or a feeling you just can't seem to shift, we all experience anxiety in some way or another. Whatever the cause of your anxiety, we at Wellbeing Suffolk don't want you to struggle on your own.
Therefore, our expert clinicians have put together this anxiety toolkit to explore what anxiety is, how it can affect us and those around us and what we can do to get it under control.
Using evidence-based techniques we can help you and others to enjoy life and feel less anxious.
You will need to book in at least 48 hours before a workshop is due to start.
This is a live online presentation, where you log in on your computer, phone or tablet. A clinician will present the workshop via webcam. You will not be seen by other attendees and you can ask questions to the facilitator in real time via a chat function that is private and not visible to the rest of the group.
This workshop can be accessed by itself or in conjunction with other treatment within the Wellbeing service.
The workshop content focuses on resources and information to help the general public maintain good emotional and psychological wellbeing and is not designed to offer specialist mental health support for those with more severe and enduring mental health problems.
