Relationship Breakups and How to Survive Them
This free workshop helps us to understand and manage our feelings after the break up of a relationship, and to focus on doing the things that we need in order to move forward.
Relationship break ups can be one of the most devastating events of our life.
When we suffer a loss such as a relationship break up, it is normal to feel very low in mood afterwards - it is also normal to feel other emotions such as anger, and sometimes these can feel quite frightening.
However, although the feelings are normal, we can sometimes benefit from having support to get through them. How we respond to difficult life events can affect how we recover from them.
This workshop will help you to understand the feelings we experience following a relationship ending and to find the best ways to look after ourselves in order to move through the difficult time and come out the other end feeling stronger.
You will need to book in at least 48 hours before a workshop is due to start.
This is a live online webinar presentation, where you login on to your computer, phone, or tablet. A clinician will present the workshop via webcam. You will not be seen by other attendees and you can ask questions to and share experiences with the facilitator in real-time via a chat function that is private and not visible to the rest of the group.
