And breathe . In our busy lives, its often easy to forget to take some time for ourselves.
If work, university, family life or just day to day stress leaves you feeling stressed and overwhelmed then this 1-hour workshop is for you. Through progressive muscle relaxation, our professional clinicians will provide you with tips and tricks to master relaxation techniques that you can share with friends and family to help you and those you love better manage stress.
This is not a therapy session, but an opportunity to take some time for yourself.
You will need to book in at least 48 hours before a workshop is due to start.
This is a live online presentation, where you log in on your computer, phone or tablet. A clinician will present the workshop via webcam. You will not be seen by other attendees and you can ask questions to the facilitator in real time via a chat function that is private and not visible to the rest of the group.
This workshop can be accessed by itself or in conjunction with other treatment within the Wellbeing service.
The workshop content focuses on resources and information to help the general public maintain good emotional and psychological wellbeing and is not designed to offer specialist mental health support for those with more severe and enduring mental health problems.
