We offer FREE wellbeing workshops to businesses and organisations designed to help recognise and support the stresses and strains we all experience in life, and that can negatively affect our wellbeing.

We have a variety of practical and beneficial workshops that our expert clinicians can deliver exclusively to your workplace either in person or online on Microsoft Teams.

Each session is designed to provide evidence-based tips, techniques and strategies to help staff manage their wellbeing and build resilience.

By booking a workshop, you are supporting positive mental wellbeing for your staff and demonstrating your compassion and understanding as an employer.  Staff will also feel in a better position to help look after each other.

Wellbeing in the Workplace

This workshop looks to support the overall wellbeing of staff in the work environment.

Covering essential topics from how we can improve and maintain our own wellbeing to providing useful tips on how we can manage feelings of stress, anxiety and low mood, when they arise, this workshop is a great way to help employees respond differently & feel better.

Wellbeing in the Workplace - Manager's Session

This workshop creates a space for managers and leadership to not only learn techniques for spotting and aiding employee's mental health, but also gain evidence-based techniques to support your own health and wellbeing.

We advise that managers wanting to attend our Wellbeing in the Workplace session attend a Manager's Session instead to allow staff a safe space for discussion.

Five Ways to Wellbeing

Boost your team's mental health and resilience with our free Five Ways to Wellbeing session, available both online or in person.

This engaging and interactive workshop explores the Five Ways to Wellbeing, simple yet powerful evidence-based actions that can boost mental health and overall happiness.  This relaxed session is an opportunity to:

  • Discover what each of the Five Ways actions are and what they mean
  • Reflect on current habits and discover practical, low-cost strategies that are proven to improve wellbeing
  • Learn how to apply these principles in daily life
  • Help reduce stress, improve focus and enhance team moral

    This session is ideal for organisations of any size, is suitable for all staff and although interaction is encouraged, it's not mandatory.

    It's a great way to support employee wellbeing, promote a positive workplace culture and encourage conversations around mental health.
